HCHS shows their love and respect to those who keep us safe

HCHS was proud to serve our local FIRST RESPONDERS who work diligently to keep us safe.  This is the second year that we have honored these very important people.  Local Columbia Police Chief Warren Floyd, Sargeant Alan Sassnett, OfficerBrandon Barnes, Officer Jayme Durden of the Columbia Police Department were in attendance.  In addition we also had Columbia Mayor Lanny Lancaster as well.  Representing the Houston County Sheriff's Department, Deputy Cherry was in attendance,  The HCHS Lunchroom ladies prepared an awesome lunch consisting of chicken parmesan, little potatoes, green beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, turkey salad, and delicious strawberry shortcake.  On behalf of the the student body and faculty, we thank all our First Responders that keep us safe!  Thank you for all you do!
